My College degree is in Multi-media with a concentration in Web Media.
The education I gained in college complements my fifteen year career in the Graphic design and Technical illustration. Ten of those years were spent here in Colorado at Ball Aerospace.
The first five years at Ball Aerospace I worked in the Publications Department. We handled all the Art related work for the company. Fine arts, proposals, Isometric, exploded, cut away's, front top side, pen and Ink drawings and slide presentations. I worked in all areas and managed many projects.
I was offered a job to become a senior drafter because of my Isometric drawing skills. This lead to a different direction in my career into the engineering world. The next five years I spent working with a team of engineers. I handled all the drawing for this project we use CADAM computer aided design. Working on the computer greatly improved workflow and made updates easy.
After having my first child my priorities became my family and then I had twins. The twins are teens now and my first child is in college. During these years of raising my children I always worked part time with my art and music.
Now I spend most of my free time working on Web site projects or my music.
